Do you ever feel like a simple search box is, well, too simple, or an advanced search interface is, …. well …, too advanced? You’re not alone. Sometimes it helps to be able to browse by predefined subjects, types of resources, or to be able to see some graphics to sort through all the technical search options.
This is where the EBSCOhost Student Research Center may be useful to you or your students. It draws from many of the same databases as the EBSCOhost Research Databases highlighted in our last post, but with an interface that may be a little more user friendly for yourself or your students.
EBSCOhost has provided a good, brief tutorial for this service:
A blog from the Collections Team at www.archive.org
The library weblog dedicated to resources for keeping current and professional development
The Good Things Black People Do, Give and Receive All Over The World
A blog about Music....because really what else is there ?
