Free Info is Better Than Free Stuff

That’s what I like to think, anyway, and that’s why I’m happy to share the news that we have free trial access to all of the Infobase databases until November 15th.

Infobase publishes the Facts on File database series, which includes the Issues & Controversies, World Geography & Culture Online, and Issues & Controversies in American History sites to which Serra High School has subscriptions.  The free trial gives us access to additional databases on, for example,  the sciences, curriculum resources, career guidance, e-versions of classic books, African-American and Native American histories, and several more.  It really is worth a look!

To access the trial, enter the username INFOFALL and password DEMO at the Infobase portal here.   After you’ve had a chance to poke around, let Pat or Susan know if you’ve seen something you like.  We are open to adding new database subscriptions that serve our needs!
